Chef Designs Skull Cap

A skull cap that sits close to the head with an elastic back giving about an inch of extra stretch. It is sized rather than one size: medium is a 23 inch band, large is 25, so you can buy it for a head rather than for a rack.

This is the hat for a station under a hood, where a tall pleated hat is one more thing to catch. Black, and cheap enough that most kitchens keep a spare in the drawer for the shift somebody forgets theirs.
