Chef Designs Neckerchief

A neckerchief in an 80/20 poly-cotton, finished at 40 by 20 inches, which is a square folded to a triangle rather than a scarf. It began on a hot line as a sweat rag and mostly earns its place now where the uniform is seen, tied at the throat or knotted at the side.

Royal blue, one size, and the cheapest thing on the order sheet. It takes a wash with the coats, which is the practical reason it has survived in kitchens that have dropped every other piece of traditional uniform.
