What we can answer

What a garment is cut from, how it does up, how many pockets it carries, what run it comes in, which of two coats has the closer button set, and anything on a page here that looks wrong. Corrections are the letters we like best.

What we cannot

Orders, delivery dates, exchanges and refunds. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Those live with our retail partner's own customer service, and a letter to us only adds a day.
