Chef Designs Spun Poly Long Cook Shirt

The long cook shirt is the answer to a shirt that works its way out of an apron waist by the middle of service: it is cut longer in the body, closes on six grippers, and carries the same one-piece collar as the standard shirt. The cloth is spun polyester, a smoother face than the twill, which is why it takes a press well.

It is the only shirt here with a tall run: L Tall to 3XL Tall on top of S to 4XL, so a long body gets length rather than width. Buy the tall run if your usual shirt sits above the waistband when you reach overhead, and the plain run if it does not.
