Chef Designs Premium Short Bib Apron

A short bib apron finished at 28 by 24 inches, so it covers the front from the chest to the hip and no further. The pocket across the front is in three sections, the outer two nine inches wide and the middle one ten, which is enough to keep a probe, a pen and a docket apart instead of in a heap. The neck strap adjusts on a plastic buckle.

This is the pass and counter apron: short enough not to catch on a low bench, with somewhere to put the things you reach for twenty times a service. Black, one size. If you want coverage down to the knee, the full bib is the other apron on this shelf.
